October Gallery Night at Neighborhood House was a classy affair. Art on the theme of birds reflected our nature-oriented educational programming. Pop art and Abstract art were also topics of exploration. The scene in our studio-gallery included passed hors’ d’oeuvres and pastries, helpful docents, sculptures and paintings by children in our Early Childhood and University Kids Club programs, and creative activities for artists of all ages. Many thanks to our guest artists, Milwaukee Public Theater, the Helen Bader Foundation for support of arts programming at Neighborhood House, and to all the proud parents who made this a real family event.
