Harvard Honors NH’s Executive Director

Jeff Martinka, Neighborhood House of Milwaukee’s Executive Director, has been selected to receive a prestigious scholarship from the Harvard Business School Club of WI. He will complete a four-day nonprofit management program in Cambridge, MA at the end of May, along with over 100 high-achieving Executive Directors from around the world. This is Martinka’s second scholarship though the club, his first taking place in 2016.

Martinka’s award was announced at last night’s Wisconsin Business Person of the Year dinner, which recognized Helen Johnson-Leipold, Chairman and CEO of Johnson Outdoors, as the title recipient. Held at the Pfister hotel, House Speaker Paul Ryan emceed the event. Other NGO professionals commended include Linda Edelstein, Executive Director of the Milwaukee Youth Symphony, Katherine Sanders, Executive Director of Safe and Sound, and Christine Her-Yiong, Executive Director of the Hmong Peace Academy.
