NH Teens Canvass in Support of Domestic Violence Awareness Month

October marked Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time when communities across the country come together to educate others about the prevalence of domestic violence. Further, this month serves as an opportunity to offer support to those who have experienced, or are currently experiencing domestic violence. Neighborhood House was proud to join the Near Westside Partners and Marquette University in highlighting the scourge of domestic violence in our own community.

Wanting to be a part of the solution, or teens took to the streets to pass out awareness posters and ribbons in the surrounding neighborhoods to help put an end to domestic violence. We are proud of these young adults for using their powerful voices to take action and support change.
