NH and HAFA (Hmong-American Friendship Association) kids walked and talked with Mayor Barrett about strategies for improving the neighborhood yesterday. The walk, sponsored by Safe & Sound, Inc., was featured on Fox6 news.
The Neighborhood House Back 2 School event (Saturday August 18th) had over 230 adults & children in the building! We gave away 86 BOOK BAGS with supplies in them, and collected 66 applications for our early childhood, after-school, and teen programs.
