NH Teens Host Annual Violence Prevention Summit

Our ambitious Neighborhood House teens once again held their annual Violence Prevention Summit on February 3rd.  The idea for an annual Summit was first conceived by NH youth in the wake of tragedies as a result of violence, and now serves as an opportunity for our young participants to use their voices to bring about positive change.  This event brings together teens, NH neighbors, MPD officers, and other concerned citizens to encourage discussions around what can be done to prevent unnecessary violence from taking place in the community, and to showcase the devastating impact it has on so many people.
