Jon brings over 30 years of professional experience in the Milwaukee community, including 16 years at Hunger Task Force and 11 years with Milwaukee County in leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College and a Master of Public Administration degree from UW-Milwaukee. Outside of work, Jon is actively engaged in civic activities in Glendale and has coached youth sports in the North Shore for nearly two decades. He and his wife Cheryl have resided in Glendale for 24 years and have three children aged 22, 19, and 13.

Jerri has been an integral part of the Neighborhood House team since 2001. She has a B.S. in Accounting, an M.B.A, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management program, all from Cardinal Stritch University. Jerri is a loving mother who is deeply involved in her local school districts. She has held the President title of the School Governance Council for Hawthorne Elementary School and Rufus King International IB Middle School for the past 2 years and is an active participant of Rufus King IB High School PTSO.

Amy brings over 25 years of nonprofit experience in the Milwaukee community to her role as Development Director. Earning a B.A. from Alverno College in Communications and English, Amy’s experience in nonprofits covers a wide range of services that help a multitude of audiences, with an emphasis on children and families. Her work continues to focus on communications, marketing and fundraising efforts that elevate development opportunities and brand awareness for nonprofit organizations within the city. Amy resides in Wauwatosa with her husband Paul and has two sons: Cooper, who is a junior at Marquette University High School, and Carter, who is a freshman at UW-Madison. She loves gardening, taking pottery classes and her four-year-old yellow lab, Murphy.

With over 20 years of experience at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, including roles as Director of Program Development and Executive Branch Director, Norm has a strong track record of success in working with families and youth. He holds a B.S. from the University of North Dakota, completed management training programs, and was a state champion in track and field during his time at West Division High School. Norm, a proud husband, father, and grandfather, resides on Milwaukee's northwest side and actively volunteers in the community, notably supporting the United Way of Greater Milwaukee's campaigns as a speaker.

Niki Espy, with a B.S. in Biology from UW-Milwaukee, leads Neighborhood House's Environmental Education Program and supervises the Teen Program, Health Initiatives, and other community offerings. She excels in engaging youth, teaching critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills crucial for success in 21st-century jobs. Niki serves on multiple boards and advisory councils, demonstrating her commitment to community engagement and environmental stewardship. With 28 years of experience, including roles at the Milwaukee Public Museum and partnerships with organizations like the United States Forest Service, Niki has been instrumental in developing beneficial relationships and impactful programs at Neighborhood House.

Phan has been with NH since 2005 and became the Early Childhood Program Manager in 2012. Phan has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Cardinal Stritch University. She oversees our YoungStar 5 rated Early Childhood and After-School programs. Her focus is on providing a safe and nurturing learning environment for young children through developmentally appropriate activities. Liliane is a dedicated, detail oriented and results-driven Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in optimizing grant processes, ensuring compliance, and leading successful grant initiatives. Liliane hopes to lead NH/ILP in a seamless management of programs and helping ILP achieve its mission and continue to make a positive impact in our community. Liliane has her B.S. in Economics & International Business from Marquette and her MBA in Marketing from UWM-Milwaukee. She is the proud mother of two wonderful daughters (Dana [17] and Leila [12]) and we look forward to her leading ILP to new heights.

Alex Letser, Facilities Director, brings a wealth of experience in engineering and project management spanning over 30 years. With degrees in Civil and Industrial Engineering from Ukraine, Alex supports both Neighborhood House of Milwaukee and Pathways High through a unique partnership arrangement. He leverages his technical knowledge and skilled hands to ensure the effective management and maintenance of Neighborhood House's diverse facilities, supporting all who utilize them.
